ALU FUEL TANK

Description :

Fuel tank for both Turbo model (Z20LET) and N/A model (Z22SE)

Advantages :

•  Designed by computer techniques to include tolerances and to think series production. 
•  Avoid the lift-off of the pump by a valve left / right. This system stop fuel in one way to the right but allow very quickly the fuel to go back to the pump (to the left) which is not the case with OEM fuel tank (Fuel is stopped to both way).
•  Increase capacity of fuel with 49L version (in option)
•  Designed to use the same fixing as OEM fuel tank.
•  Designed to be compatible with OEM fuel pump.
•  Designed to replace your fuel tank.
•  Delivered with its fixing kit et instructions.
•  No necessary adaptations for fittings.
•  Foam can be added in option if required. This system came from FIA standard and is used to reduce fire risk, fuel movement inside and retention in case of accident. OEM fuel tank hasn't got this system at all.
•  Completely reversible in case of sale of the vehicle or the fuel tank.
•  Save 5 kg compare to OEM system for the 38L version and 2 Kg for the 49L version.
•  Tested et 100% checked  up to 2 bar to find potentially leak.

NB : may cause some noise from plastic balls inside (rolling noise) when fuel is moving (espacially at low speed or in waiting to stop)
