The Seb ² Exige at the "Rally of life 2011"
The summer break was too long for our Seb ² team who are only focused on one thing : to race at the French Rally called "Rallye de la vie".
In fact, remind in June at the Rally of Chinon, the famous gearbox broke without warning signs. One more time like too many people ? So our Exige has been pampered for 3 months and half in the new space mechanics in Berjot company. Again, that's changings :
- A brand new paint booth
- A working area
- A brand new paint lab where the computer was invited.
- And the old cabin has let a larger space mechanics in order your "lights" found a second youth.
- It comes back with a better gears ratio that fundamentally changes the car. Seb will finally be able to use the 6-speed. It's always in the towers, great.
- Reinforced engine mounts stiffer
- An engine oil breather
- A new admission with a Pipercross air box EVO
- A small development of the shifter to Seb feels more comfortable.
- And a small maintaining including brakes.
Our Exige for the occasion will therefore become a true bench testing and if tests appears successful, you will find almost all of these new parts catalog TAT-DLC.
One last thing, we are waiting for you to come and cheer us on roadside in Vendée (FR), this Sunday, October 23, around "Poiré-sur-Vie" (north of La Roche / Yon FR). No less than 109 vehicles starting with a super set. GT Group will consist of 3 to start with a Nissan 350Z and the Clio V6 Thabard Steve, not to mention your favorite EXIGE.
